Texas Digital Systems Expands with New Location in New York Area

TEXAS DIGITAL SYSTEMS EXPANDS WITH NEW LOCATION IN NEW YORK AREA

(February 2, 2004) College Station, Texas - Texas Digital Systems, Inc. (TDS), a Texas-based provider of real-time visual alert communication solutions, announced today the opening of a new office located in the New York metropolitan area. The expansion represents recent growth in the System Products Division at TDS.

Mike Dalzell has joined TDS as an independent sales agent and will operate out of the new location. Dalzell has more than a decade of experience representing several technology companies in the Information Technology, Help Desk and Call Center arenas, with a focus in the field of strategic system sales. Mr. Dalzell will lead the sales efforts for TDS' visual alert communication software suite, QuickCOM Enterprise, in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.
