A powerful, scalable foundation that addresses the needs of any size organization.

At the heart of the QuickCOM Enterprise solution is Texas Digital’s QuickCOM Enterprise Engine. With built-in scalability, it seamlessly handles the needs of any size organization, large or small—continuously collecting, managing and communicating mission-critical business vitals to any combination of output options. So you can easily distribute information to just a handful of people or to thousands of users across a multi-departmental, multi-site organization.

Bottom line—the QuickCOM Enterprise Engine empowers your entire company with the real-time and event-driven facts that will help take user and business performance to the next level.

The Vital Components

The QuickCOM Enterprise Engine collects, manages and communicates information with these key components:

Vital Inputs. QuickCOM Enterprise Engine continuously collects real-time and event-driven information from any number of disparate systems and databases—like call center and help desk systems, mainframe applications and databases, e-mail applications, network monitoring systems, Texas Digital QuickSEND ad-hoc messaging and more. Then the Enterprise Engine organizes everything under a single platform for communication. This kind of versatility as well as our all-inclusive vital inputs pricing model, make it a highly cost-effective solution.

Examples of Vital Inputs: For help desks, QuickCOM collects from Heat, Peregrine, Remedy and more. For network monitoring or command centers, it collects from systems such as BMC Patrol, Command Post and HP Openview. And for contact centers, it collects from Aspect, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Nortel, and others. Basically, whatever you use, QuickCOM can use it too.

Dynamic User Administration. The Dynamic User Administration component simplifies the management and clearance of system users by leveraging your current identity management solution for user logons and passwords. By making it easy for you to define access and capabilities by user, user groups and user roles, QuickCOM Enterprise is simple to manage and scaleable to your company’s operation.

Output Director. The Output Director streamlines distribution—determining who gets what, how they get it and when they get it. With it, you are able to easily define user rules, thresholds and filters that determine and trigger the distribution of specific, critical information. In addition, the Output Director allows you to tailor and/or translate the message by audience. For example, messages intended for use by IT versus those for a call center.

Through such powerful flexibility, the QuickCOM Enterprise Engine is able to collect, manage and distribute vital, real-time and event-driven information in the most reliable, efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
